KELVQO AI provides business administration and AI-assisted quoting tools for tradespeople. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
AI-assisted estimates
AI analysis, scope suggestions, durations and prices are drafts, not professional inspections or guarantees. You are responsible for checking measurements, site conditions, materials, labour, regulations, safety requirements and final prices before sending or accepting any quote.
Your account and content
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for information, customer data and images you upload. You must have the right to use and process that content and must use the service lawfully.
Quotes, jobs and invoices
KELVQO AI helps prepare and organise documents. The commercial agreement remains between you and your customer. You are responsible for taxes, VAT treatment where applicable, contractual terms and the accuracy of documents you issue.
Free use and Pro subscription
Eligible accounts may receive one free AI quote. Continued AI Quote use may require KELVQO AI Pro at the price displayed before checkout. Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe and renew according to the checkout terms until cancelled. Billing management is available through the account subscription controls where enabled.
Availability
We aim to keep the service reliable but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may be improved, changed or temporarily unavailable for maintenance or provider outages.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, upload unlawful content, interfere with other users, or use AI output to misrepresent an inspection that did not occur.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, KELVQO AI is not responsible for losses caused by relying on unchecked AI estimates, inaccurate user-entered information, third-party services or decisions made between a tradesperson and customer. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
